［宿泊においての利用規約］
イリオアカイ（以下、当施設）は、ペット、サーファー、お子様連れのご家族が快適に過ごせる一棟貸し切り型の民泊施設です。ご利用にあたり、以下の規約をお守りいただきますようお願いいたします。
チェックイン：午後3時
チェックアウト：午前10時
・ペットについて
ペットは室内同伴可能です。
ペットをベッドの上に乗せることは禁止です。
ソファやベッドで粗相をした場合は、クリーニング代または弁償代をご負担いただきます。
犬の排泄物は、敷地内に設置された所定のゴミ箱に捨ててください。トイレには流さないでください。
犬の体を拭いたタオルは、玄関のバケツに入れてください。洗濯機で犬関連のものを洗わないでください。
お風呂でペットを洗うことは禁止です。敷地内の屋外の水道をご利用ください。
敷地内の屋外の水道で洗った場合は、抜けたペットの毛は必ずペットの排泄物のごみ箱（ウッドデッキに設置）に捨ててください。
・サーファーのお客様へ
砂は必ず敷地内の屋外の水道で落としてください。
砂のついた衣類やウェットスーツは、洗濯機で洗わないでください。
・バーベキューについて
バーベキューコンロを使用した場合は、五徳や中身を綺麗に拭いてください。
炭火や焚き火は禁止です。
・施設のご利用について
家具や設備を損傷した場合、または人工芝が焼けて溶けた場合は、修理費用または再施工費用をご負担いただきます。
午後8時以降は、庭の照明を消し、屋外での騒音はお控えください。
屋内でも、屋外に音が聞こえないようご配慮ください。
赤ちゃんのおむつは犬の排泄物のごみ箱（ウッドデッキに設置）に捨ててください。
ゴミは分別して所定のゴミ箱に捨ててください。
千葉県一宮町の条例を遵守してください。
・免責事項
当施設内での事故や怪我、盗難等につきましては、一切の責任を負いかねます。
貴重品はお客様ご自身で管理してください。

[Terms of Use]
This is a private rental villa where pets, surfers, and families with children can comfortably stay. Please observe the following rules during your stay.
Check-in: 3:00 PM
Check-out: 10:00 AM
- Pets
Pets are allowed indoors.
Pets are not allowed on the beds.
In the event of soiling on sofas or beds, you will be charged for cleaning or compensation.
Please dispose of dog excrement in the designated garbage bin on the premises. Do not flush it down the toilet.
Please put towels used to wipe your dog's body in the bucket at the entrance. Do not wash dog-related items in the washing machine.
Bathing pets in the bathtub is prohibited. Please use the outdoor water faucet on the premises.
If you wash your pet with the outdoor water faucet on the premises, be sure to dispose of any shed pet hair in the pet waste garbage bin (located on the wooden deck).
- Surfers
Please wash off sand at the outdoor water faucet on the premises.
Do not wash sandy clothes or wetsuits in the washing machine.
- BBQ
If you use the BBQ stove, please wipe the grates and contents clean.
Charcoal and bonfires are prohibited.
- Facility Usage
In the event of damage to furniture or equipment, or if the artificial turf is burned or melted, you will be charged for repair or re-installation costs.
Please turn off the garden lights after 8:00 PM and refrain from making noise outdoors.
Please be considerate of noise levels indoors so that sound does not carry outside.
Please dispose of baby diapers in the dog waste garbage can (located on the wooden deck).
Please separate garbage and dispose of it in the designated garbage can.
Please comply with the ordinances of Ichinomiya Town, Chiba Prefecture.

We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, theft, etc. that occur on the premises.
